Calnan & Tracy LLC is a family-owned business that is formed from Tim Tracy and Gina (aka, Calnan) Tracy’s education and skill set, which includes the following topics: business, marketing, website design with and without coding, SEO development for websites, videography, sales, technical assistance for sales teams, sales education and motivation for businesses, mitigation, mediation and complex problem solving for programs in the public and private sectors. We can also work with your team to write a business, marketing, and/or strategic plan.

Montana Made Barns is under Calnan & Tracy, and serves as our most significant business. Tim Tracy has several years experience selling pole barns, post frame structures, and barndominiums. Tim has worked with nearly all Amish builders, and has become a friend to many Amish families. Montana Made Barns partners with Coyote Creek Builders, Ruby Valley Builders who are both Amish Crews. We also obtain most of the building materials from an Amish business, Raymond’s Dad. Gina Tracy brings marketing and design to the business and has yet to learn how to build a pole barn.

Gina worked in the private sector for many years and received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Montana Tech in Professional and Technical Communications and many years later, she earned her master’s degree in public administration from the University of Montana. Before she went back for her master’s degree, she excelled in marketing as a director for business development. Her SEO skill set received the attention of national levels at the time, as her websites would appear on the front page of google and many people in the field noticed this ability. She continued this work for a few years and began her master’s degree to fulfil her personal goals. She has continued to keep these SEO and design tools as one of her skillsets and she can bring private or public program to the next level.

Tim Tracy has many years of experience working in the business world, and being a progressive salesperson comes natural to him, as it has always been his calling in life. He earned his degree simply because he wanted to finish his education at Montana State University-Northern. In addition to his degree, he was also honored with the “Student of Excellence” award. Tim spent over a decade as a part of the world’s largest outside sales force. His territory covered Nevada, Arizona and Southern California. As with anyone that leaves, Montana was calling him back. Fortunately, there was an opportunity for Tim in Montana to establish a territory for a business expanding into the area. Tim has spent over 20 years in the sales and business development field. He has helped with the growth of business into new areas, maintenance of existing territory, as well as pursuing new business relationships. He brings a wealth of experience and training he has gained from working with large worldwide organizations along with small family-owned businesses. Through this experience he can provide sales training for any level of sales representative. Through this motivational-based training you can expect to gain an inspired, organized, effective and efficient sales force.
